The Acton Nursing Services' Certified Home Health Aides provide patient services essential to independent living. Personal care, dressing, bathing, light meal preparation, ambulatory activities, and safety measures are among the types of assistance given. Certified Home Health Aides can be added to a care plan including Skilled Nursing and/or Therapy Services, but are not provided as a private pay service.
Aides are trained to assist patients with range of motion exercises. In some instances, aides may be trained to assist in a client's individualized home exercise program by a Physical and/or Occupational Therapist.
