Services & Information

The Acton Public Health Nursing Services provides Certified Home Health (VNA) and public-health services to the Town of Acton. This includes a full-range of home health care services to the residents of Acton and the surrounding towns, including:

• Home health aide assistance
• Medical social services
• Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
• Skilled nursing

Other services include, blood pressure monitoring and a variety of clinics.

Walk-In Services

Walk-in services are provided at the Human Services and Senior Center Facility at 30 Sudbury Road Rear for childhood vaccinations and blood-pressure checks. Acton residents are encouraged to call (978) 929-6650 before coming to assure availability of a nurse to assist at that time. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
